A few days after the election, it is already “business as usual” for Donald Trump. And that doesn't mean that he whips up an angry mob again. No, the US President-elect is going golfing with his granddaughter. And “Uncle” Elon Musk also stops by.
There are tough weeks of the election campaign behind Donald Trump – including lots of lies, hate speech and two assassination attempts against him. But just a few days after the decision that he would return to the White House in January, the 78-year-old has already found his way back to relaxation.
So he spent the first Sunday after his election with his granddaughter Kai on the golf course. This is evidenced by pictures that the 17-year-old published on her X account – where else?
Kai Trump shared a photo in which she and her grandfather appear to be taking a break from strenuous exercise on the lush green. The two of them beam into the camera together, with the blue sky in the background. Trump is wearing one of his “Make America Great Again” caps and is smiling particularly broadly. “Sundays with Grandpa,” is how Kai Trump describes the scene.
“Elon achieves uncle status”
In another picture, Kai Trump can be seen with her grandfather on the lawn. Ten-year-old granddaughter Chloe is also there.
The trio later received a visit from none other than tech mogul Elon Musk, who now apparently feels like a friend of the family. The 53-year-old attended the meeting with his four-year-old son, who goes by the beautiful name X Æ A-XII. He was also allowed to pose for Kai Trump's account on his own network X. Trump's granddaughter signed the picture with him with the words: “Elon achieves uncle status.” She garnished this with a tearful laughing emoji.
Kai Trump was born in May 2007 and is the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and his former wife Vanessa Trump, who have been divorced since 2018. She has four siblings: Donald John, Tristan Milos, Spencer Frederick and Chloe Sophia.
Donald Trump's eldest granddaughter also appeared publicly for her grandfather during the election campaign. Speaking on stage at the Republican National Convention in July, she said she was speaking “to share the side of my grandfather that people don't often see. To me, he's just a normal grandfather.”
